grocery store rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded 1

red cabbage, shredded 1 head

green apples, cut into matchsticks 2

1In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil and sugar until dissolved, then stir in dressing. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

2Fold in chicken, cabbage and apples, tossing well to combine. Cover and let sit refrigerated for at least 1 hour before serving.
