Ingredients

  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 pounds chicken pieces (breasts, thighs and legs), skin removed

Instructions

Mix together dressing mix and peanut butter. Add water and vinegar and mix until smooth. Place chicken pieces in a Glad® Food Storage Zipper Bag with marinade; seal and marinate for 1 hour.

Place chicken, bone-side down, on grill around outer edges of coals. Grill covered 35–40 minutes; turn and baste every 10 minutes until cooked through.
