| Ranch Chicken Salad |
| Ingredients |
2 cups
Cubed cooked chicken
1 cup
Sliced celery
1 can/20 oz.
Pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
1 packet/1 oz.
Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup
Mayonnaise

| Preparation |
Prep Time: 30 min. Chill Time: 1 hr. minimum.
Combine chicken, celery and pineapple chunks in a large bowl; set aside. Mix seasoning & salad dressing mix with mayonnaise and 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice. Pour dressing on chicken mixture; toss well to coat. Chill at least 1 hour or until serving time.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
