| Mini Lunch Meat Pockets |
| Ingredients |
Biscuits
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® dressing
1/4 cup milk
Filling
1 cup chopped turkey, ham, salami, chicken or roast beef
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 tablespoons Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® dressing |

Prep Time: 20 min. Bake Time: 25 min.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
For biscuits, whisk flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Blend in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in Ranch and milk. Drop a heaping tablespoon of biscuit mixture into each muffin cup, filling only halfway. Press the biscuit mixture flat. Reserve extra mixture.
For sandwich filling, combine meat, cheese and Ranch. Spoon filling over biscuit mixture; top with a spoonful of remaining biscuit mixture and bake 25 minutes.
