unsalted butter or margarine 3 tablespoons

yellow onions, thinly sliced 3 cups

large eggs 3

heavy cream 1 cup

grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup

green onions, thinly sliced 1 cup

(9-inch) deep-dish pastry shell, baked and cooled 1

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook for 15 minutes, stirring often until onions have lightly caramelized; cool.

3In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, then add cream, cheese and dressing, stirring until smooth. Fold in the caramelized and green onions.

4Pour mixture into the pastry shell and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes before serving.
