pickle slices of your choice 12 ounce jar
Pickle Batter

all-purpose flour ½ cup

water ¾ cup

vegetable or canola oil for frying

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning 1 teaspoon

TRUFF Original Hot Sauce 1 tablespoon
Spicy Ranch Dip

TRUFF Original Hot Sauce 1 tablespoon

Sandwich pickle slices between paper towels and gently press to remove excess liquid.

Place flour, garlic powder, TRUFF Original Hot Sauce, and water in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Fill a pot 1/4 full with frying oil.

Heat the oil over high heat.

Once the oil is hot, coat the pickles in the prepared batter and dip into the hot oil.

Fry for 1–2 minutes or until the pickles are golden brown.

Remove the pickles from the oil and set aside on paper towels to drain.

Place Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® and TRUFF Original Hot Sauce in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Serve fried pickles with dipping sauce on the side.
