minced jalapeño 2–3 teaspoons

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix 1 packet (1 ounce)

1Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, then whisk until blended. Microwave again for 1 minute, whisk, and let cool to room temperature.

2Stir in pimientos, jalapeño and shredded cheddar cheese until well-combined. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
