Ingredients (5)
-
refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature 14 oz.
-
parmesan cheese 2 tbsp.
-
minced parsley 2 tbsp.
-
marinara sauce, for dipping
Steps (5)
-
1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
2
Roll your pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut each rectangle in half to make 2 equal squares; then cut each square into 8 strips. You should have 16 total strips.
-
3
Roll out each strip until it is about 8 inches long. Pick up the ends and tie the strip in a knot, tucking the ends underneath as you finish each one. Space out the knots on the baking sheet.
-
4
Brush half of the garlic ranch dressing onto the knots. Bake for about 15–20 minutes, until golden.
-
5
While the knots are baking, stir the remaining dressing with the parmesan cheese. Remove the knots and immediately, while still hot, brush the dressing cheese mixture over the tops. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
