cremini (baby bella) mushrooms, rinsed and dried 1 pound

onion, cut into 1-inch pieces 1

wooden or metal skewers, soaked at least 15 minutes if wooden 6

1Preheat a grill to medium-high. In a bowl, combine seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic and thyme. Add mushrooms to olive oil mixture and toss until evenly coated.

2Thread mushrooms and onions onto skewers. Place on grill. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
