• Shredded chicken
• Sliced beef

Chicken and Ranch Ramen
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2½ cups chicken broth
1 pack ramen noodles (omit the packet)
1 teaspoon Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup shredded chicken
½ scallion, green part only, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Bring the chicken broth to boil in a small saucepan. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the ranch seasoning and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the butter until incorporated. Stir in the chicken and transfer to serving bowls. Make it fancy and top with scallions. Serve immediately.
