pork loin roast, cut into 1-inch thick slices 2 pounds

1Preheat an oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine the seasoning mix with the bread crumbs. Liberally brush the pork with the preserves, then coat the slices evenly with the bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
