mayonnaise 1 cup

sour cream 1 cup

artichokes, chopped, in water, drained 2 cans (15 ounces)

shredded Swiss cheese 1½ cups

French fried onions, divided 1½ cups

1Preheat an oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with olive oil cooking spray; set aside.

2In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream and Ranch seasoning mix until smooth. Stir in artichokes, Swiss cheese and ½ cup French fried onions. Transfer to prepared baking dish and top with remaining French fried onions.

3Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until set and top is golden brown. Serve warm with tortilla chips, vegetables or crackers.
