whole milk 1 cup

plain, low-fat yogurt ¾ cup

mayonnaise ¼ cup

chicken broth 1 can (14½ ounces)

large, ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks, plus more for garnish 1

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, mayonnaise, chicken broth, dressing mix and avocado chunks. Puree until smooth.

2Pour mixture into large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. If desired, garnish with chopped tomato, red onion and cucumber.
