Ranch Beer CheeseDip

- 2 cups
shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for garnish
- 2 packages (8 ounces each)
cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 ounce)
- ½ to ¾ cup
beer
chopped green onions, to garnish
pretzels or fresh vegetable sticks for serving
