Broccoli Ranch CheeseBall

- 1 package (8 ounces)
cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon
- ¾ cup
shredded cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups
broccoli florets, finely chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ¾ cup
toasted chopped pecans

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, seasoning mix and cheddar cheese. Stir in broccoli and season with salt and pepper.

Place mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 to 4 hours (preferably overnight).

When ready to serve, remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and coat with chopped pecans. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
