Broiled RanchMushrooms


Ingredients(4)
- 1 pound
medium mushrooms, cleaned
- ¼ cup
vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
- 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

Preheat broiler and arrange oven rack about 4 inches from the heating element.

Place mushrooms in a gallon-size Glad® Food Storage Bag.

In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, ¼ cup water, vinegar, and seasoning mix until dissolved. Pour over mushrooms; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Place mushrooms on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet and broil for about 8 minutes or until tender.
