    Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.

    Place baguette slices onto prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling; set aside to cool.

    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, seasoning mix, tomatoes and basil just until fully incorporated.

    Place dip in serving bowl. Serve with melted cheese crostini.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Light! Nice flavors in this dip and it goes down light, not heavy like a lot of dips can be. More for adult tastes I think.
