whole milk 3 cups

cream cheese 6 ounces

shredded Swiss cheese, divided 1 cup

frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 bag (10 ounces)

pita chips and fresh vegetable sticks for dipping

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Place two small oven-safe baking dishes on a rimmed baking sheet.

2In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil, then add the onions. Season with salt and cook until soft and lightly golden, about 4 minutes.

3Sprinkle in flour, stirring to form a dry paste, then slowly whisk in milk, trying to avoid lumps, followed by the seasoning mix. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly, about 10 minutes.

Add the cream cheese and half of the Swiss cheese, stirring until melted, followed by the spinach. Divide mixture between the baking dishes, top with the remaining Swiss cheese and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with pita chips and vegetable sticks.
Make Ahead Tip: The dip can be prepared a few days in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
