    Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add olive oil, lime juice, avocado and cilantro. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate for one hour to thicken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy & Delish This Citrusy Cilantro Pesto Dip from HVR is delish!! I love Pesto, so I was super excited to get this dio out, and it definitely did not disappoint. I used Lemon juice instead of Lime, so good, & just added to the citrus flavor more than the Lime in my opinion. I also added just a smidge of red pepper flakes, ground to almost a powder texture, to help balance all the citrus and lemon/lime flavors out. I made homemade garlic chips and pita bread, and I almost ate all of it by myself!! So, so good. Just a side note...it holds well in the fridge for a few days, it was almost better to me a few days later because everything was able to kind of "mesh" together and absorb all of the wonderful flavors together. Try this dip, you won't be disappointed!
