1Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground beef and saute, stirring occasionally to break up the meat into crumbles, until cooked through. Stir in tomatoes, corn, and paprika and cook another 3 to 4 minutes; let mixture cool.

2In a large bowl, mix contents of dips packet with sour cream, then add ground beef mixture, stirring well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
