Creamy Jalapeño Lime Soup

This recipe calls for an instapot. If you only have a crock pot, just increase the cooking time to 1 hour.

In your insta pot place your chicken breast, salsa verde, water, onions, garlic, seasoning packet and let that pressure cook for 30 minutes.

When it’s done, shred the chicken, and add the hominy.

Serve with a fresh lime wedge and sour cream.
