Crescent Roll VeggieRanch Pizza

crescent roll dough
- ¾ cup
- ½ cup
shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup
shredded carrots
- ½ cup
English cucumber, diced
- ½ cup
diced tomato
- ½ cup
broccoli, chopped small
- ½ cup
diced red or green pepper

Preheat the oven to375°F. Unroll the crescent dough onto and pinch any perforated seams together.

Bake dough according to package directions until golden. Set aside to cool for at least 30 minutes.

Spread the ranch out onto the cooled crust, leaving about ½ free of dressing around the border. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.

Mix all of the raw vegetables together. Scatter evenly over the top. Cut into squares and serve.
