corkscrew pasta 12 ounces

olive oil 2 tablespoons

mayonnaise 1 cup

sour cream ½ cup

pickle juice plus ½ cup chopped kosher dill pickles ¼ cup

thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 pound

cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (optional) 1 pint

1Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil. Let cool.

2While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice and seasoning mix.

3In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the pickles, bacon and tomatoes, if using. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
