Dill Pickle RanchPasta Salad


Ingredients(8)
- 12 ounces
corkscrew pasta
- 2 tablespoons
olive oil
- 1 cup
mayonnaise
- ½ cup
sour cream
- ¼ cup
pickle juice plus ½ cup chopped kosher dill pickles
- 1 ½ tablespoons
- 1 pound
thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pint
cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (optional)

Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil. Let cool.

While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice and seasoning mix.

In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the pickles, bacon and tomatoes, if using. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
