mayonnaise
- ¼ cup
cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup
frozen corn, thawed
- ½ cup
Cotija cheese
- ½ packet
- ¼ cup
cilantro, divided
assorted crackers and bean chips, for serving

In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, corn, Cotija cheese, dips mix and half of the cilantro. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with remaining cilantro.
