Garlic Egg Bake

heavy cream
1/2 cup
1 packet
breakfast sausage
1 pound

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease a 9x9 baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Cook the breakfast sausage in small chunks and let it cool.

Crack 12 eggs into a bowl. Add ½ cup heavy cream and Hidden Valley Ranch® Garlic seasoning. Whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.

Stir in the cooked sausage.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 27-30 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out mostly clean. Check internal temperature at 160F. Eggs will continue to cook after they’re out.

Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve with your favorite breakfast sides.
