Green Goddess RanchWedge Salad
**Congrats, you just found a salad that’ll make everyone green with envy. Featuring crisp lettuce wedges, avocado and grapefruit all drizzled with the creamy goodness of Green Goddess Ranch Condiment & Dressing, this salad’s got “go-to” written all over it.**


Ingredients(6)
- 1 small head
iceberg lettuce
- 4
radishes, cleaned and thinly sliced
- 1
large or 2 small avocados, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1
large grapefruit, segmented (see note)
- ½ cup
chives, for garnish

Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce, cut the head in half and then in half again, making four wedges. Cut the end to remove the stem.

Arrange each wedge on a plate. Scatter sliced radish on top, and arrange avocado slices and grapefruit segments on and around the wedge.

Drizzle with the Green Goddess Ranch and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
