Hidden Valley® Chili Ranch Crunch Salmon & Asparagus

A protein-packed and veggie-stacked dinner seasoned with spicy Hidden Valley® Chili Ranch Crunch. Serve up and dive in under half an hour.

Ingredients (6)

  • salmon, portioned into desired serving sizes 1 ½ lb
  • mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
  • your favorite chili crunch (try mixing This Little Goat Original Chili Crunch with a few shakes of Ranch seasoning) (for salmon) + 2 tbsp. your favorite chili crunch (for topping) + 1 tbsp. chili oil from your favorite chili crunch (for asparagus) 4 tablespoons
  • asparagus, trimmed 2 lb
  • salt 2 teaspoons
  • lemon, cut into wedges for serving 1

    In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo with 4 tbsp. of Hidden Valley® Chili Ranch Crunch. This mixture should become your salmon's best friend: generously brush it over the top of each salmon piece, ensuring they're well-coated.

    Place your salmon into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F and let it run for 10 minutes or until the salmon reaches your preferred level of doneness. The result should be a salmon with a crispy top and tender, juicy insides.

    Gently toss the asparagus in the chili oil sourced from the Hidden Valley® Chili Ranch Crunch. Make sure each spear gets its share of flavor.

    Place the asparagus into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F again and cook for 7 minutes or until the asparagus is crisped to perfection and thoroughly cooked. Once done, sprinkle your asparagus with salt to bring out its natural flavors.
