pork shoulder 4 pounds

Au Jus mix 1 packet

sliced butter ¼ cup

pepperoncini peppers 5–6

Put the pork shoulder into a crockpot and sprinkle evenly with the ranch seasoning and au jus packets. Top with the butter slices and pepperoncini.

Cover and cook over low heat for 8–9 hours. Remove lid and gently transfer pork to a cutting board.

Shred the meat with two forks, discarding any large chunks of remaining fat. Strain the liquid to remove additional fat.

Mix the pork with a little bit of the strained liquid and serve warm.
