Hawaiian rolls or other slider rolls

Mississippi pulled pork, warmed
3 cups
thinly sliced pepperoncini

cheddar cheese, cut in quarters
3 slices

Preheat the broiler. Split open slider rolls and place on a tray.

Spread Secret Sauce evenly over the bottoms of the buns, and spoon about ¼ cup pulled pork onto each bun. Sprinkle a few pepperoncini slices on each slider and top each with a quarter slice of cheese.

Place tray under the broiler until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and close sandwiches with the tops of the buns. Serve warm.
