Cuban Slider Sandwiches with Pickles & Ranch
Hamburger night, but make it Cuban. And pickled. This Cuban sliders recipe takes everything you love about them — butter King’s Hawaiian Rolls, savory smoked ham, gooey melted cheese — and adds a little extra zing with our Hidden Valley® Pickle Flavored Ranch Condiment & Dressing.
Ingredients (9)
-
King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, 12 count 1 package
-
Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
-
melted butter 6 tablespoons
-
sliced deli ham ¾ pound
-
Swiss cheese 8 slices
-
dill pickle chips 1 cup
-
minced garlic 2 teaspoons
Steps (5)
-
1
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Set aside.
-
2
Leaving the rolls connected, cut them through the equator horizontally to make a large top and bottom section. Place the bottom section into the prepared baking dish.
-
3
Mix the mustard, pickle ranch and about a third of the melted butter together in a small bowl, and spread on both the top and bottom cut sides of the rolls. Add ham slices on top of the bottom half, followed by the cheese slices and pickles.
-
4
Close with the top half of the rolls. Mix the remaining butter with the garlic and ranch seasoning mix and brush onto the top of the rolls.
-
5
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
