Pizza Wedge Salad
Is it salad or is it pizza? After a slice of this hot-meets-cool Pizza Wedge Salad, you won’t even care. We put our favorite classic salad, piled it onto a pizza crust and added shredded chicken and pepperoni for good measure.


Ingredients(8)
chopped romaine lettuce
6 cups
cooked, chopped chicken
2 cups
tomatoes, diced

Parmesan cheese
½ cup
kidney beans, drained
1 can (15.25 ounces)
¾ cup
12-inch pizza crusts

pepperoni slices, quartered

Preheat broiler.

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, beans, and olives with ½ cup dressing until evenly coated.

Spread the remaining dressing on each pizza crust and broil about 1 minute.

Top each pizza with half of the salad mixture and garnish with pepperoni. Serve immediately.
