Ranch Pressure Cooker Pork Chops

one inch thick, frozen boneless pork chops 6

unsalted butter 6 tablespoons

chicken broth 1 cup

1Place pork chops in the bottom of the pressure cooker.

2Season with the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. Place the butter on top of the pork chops and pour in the broth.

3Put the lid on and move the valve to the sealing position. Press Manual Pressure and set the timer to 10 minutes. The pressure cooker will also take about 10 minutes to come to pressure.

4When the cook time is up, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before releasing the remaining pressure. Spoon butter sauce over the chops and serve hot.

1Place pork chops in the inner pot of your multi-cooker. Season with the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. Place the butter on top of the pork chops and pour in the broth.

2Close the lid, leaving it on venting, not sealing. Press the slow cook button. Press the “adjust” button and change the heat setting to “more.” Set timer for 6 hours.

3Remove lid. Remove pork chops, spoon butter sauce over the top and serve hot.
