Ranch Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness 2

black pepper, to taste

hamburger buns or sandwich rolls 4

butter lettuce or little gems lettuce 4–8 leaves

tomato 4 thick slices

Preheat a charcoal grill using Kingsford® charcoal for direct cooking over medium heat and grease the grates with oil.

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with ranch seasoning mix and black pepper, to taste.

Place chicken on the grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove the chicken from grill and let it stand 5 minutes.

To assemble the sandwiches, spread 2 tablespoons of the dressing on the bottom halves of 4 rolls. Top with the chicken, lettuce and tomato, and close with the top halves of the buns. Serve warm.
