gemelli or elbow pasta
- 4 tablespoons
unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons
all-purpose flour
- 3 cups
whole milk
- 2 teaspoons
- 2 cups
grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
