gemelli pasta 3 cups

evaporated milk 1 can (5 ounces)

large eggs, slightly beaten 2

grated Asiago cheese 2 cups

unseasoned breadcrumbs ½ cup

unsalted butter, melted 2 tablespoons

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 1½-quart casserole dish.

2Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

3In a medium bowl, whisk evaporated milk, dressing and eggs together until smooth. Fold in the cheese and cooked pasta, mixing well to combine, then spoon mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

4In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of pasta. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is nicely browned and heated through.
