Ranch Meatballs inLettuce Cups
These ranch-infused meatballs come with their own edible wrappers. Perfect for a bento box lunch, no fork required!


Ingredients(9)
- 1 pound
ground beef
- 1
egg
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> cup
milk
- 2 tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>4</sub> cup
plain breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper
- 22-24 small
Iceberg or butter lettuce leaves, for serving

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, egg, milk, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker. Don't over mix. Form into golf ball-size meatballs and place on baking sheet.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Let sit for at least 5 minutes to cool slightly.

To serve, place each meatball inside a lettuce cup. Drizzle with Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing.
