small broccoli florets 1 cup

red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1

small yellow onion, thinly sliced 1

baby carrots, tops removed, peeled and halved lengthwise 2 cups

1Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

2Add vegetables and stir-fry about 2 minutes, making sure the ingredients are well coated in the oil.

3Add the seasoning mix and continuously stir-fry about 8 more minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Serve hot.
