iceberg lettuce, chopped 1 large head

green peas (blanched if fresh; thawed if frozen) 2 cups

shredded cheddar cheese 1 ¼ cups

chopped cauliflower 1 ½ cups

diced cooked chicken 3 cups

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

Make the dressing: stir together the mayonnaise, milk and seasoning packet and set aside.

In a large, wide glass bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, peas, cheese, cauliflower and cooked chicken.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
