small red potatoes, halved 6

red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares 1

cauliflower florets (1½-inch diameter) 12

small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces 2

bamboo skewers (8-inch)

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

1Place potatoes in large casserole with 2 tablespoons water. Cover, microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once; drain.

2In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix with oil and lemon juice; pour over the potatoes. Stir in remaining vegetables and marinate 1 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

3Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, remove vegetables from marinade and thread onto skewers.

4Broil skewers 5 minutes, then turn over and broil 3 minutes longer.
