Spicy Ranch BeefTacos

soft taco-sized flour tortillas, warmed

shredded cheddar cheese
cherry tomatoes, quartered

In a large skillet set over medium heat, warm the olive oil until hot but not smoking. Add the ground beef and cook until it reaches a minimum temperature of 160°F, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until beginning to brown, about 5–7 minutes.

Stir in the tomato sauce and the spice pack and continue to cook over medium-low heat until the mixture is slightly thickened and saucy and the meat is cooked through for another 3–5 minutes.
