Spicy Ranch Butter-Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish just large enough to fit the chicken with butter and set aside.

Season chicken breasts on both sides with the spicy seasoning mix and arrange in the baking dish in a single layer. In a skillet set over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring often, about 3–4 minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic).

Pour the butter over the chicken and bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 5–10 minutes.
