Spicy Southern Pimiento Cheese Dip

sour cream
8 ounces
cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce block
diced pimientos
½ cup
minced jalapeño
2–3 teaspoons
shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup

Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, then whisk until blended. Microwave again for 1 minute, whisk, and let cool to room temperature.
