1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish (9x11-inch) or a pie plate with cooking spray.

2In a medium bowl or a stand mixer, whisk the cream cheese and dressing together until smooth. Stir in the chicken, 1 cup bacon crumbles, and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese.

3Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in the baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and bake until melted and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

4Garnish with the remaining bacon and, if desired, parsley. Serve with crackers or chips.
