Vegetarian Ranch BeanChili

olive oil

onion, diced
- 2
red bell peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon
- 2 teaspoons
chili powder
- 2 cans
chili beans, one with liquid
- 1 28 oz. can
diced tomatoes, with juice

Heat oil in a large saucepan set over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and sauté, stirring occasionally, until vegetables have softened, about 6-8 minutes.

Stir in the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker and chili powders until well combined.

Add the beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil; then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the chili has thickened slightly.
