    Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add cheddar, jalapenos, salsa, red pepper flakes, cumin, and chili powder. Stir well to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken. Top with additional shredded cheese, to garnish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too hot for my family, so... A little too spicy for me or my family, so we just leave out the jalapeños and red pepper, & it's perfect! Quick & delish! If you like the heat, leave those ingredients in, but if not, it's a great dip without them!
